I'm so excited that I get to spend a couple years combining travel and cookbook writing!
I'm taking a massive road trip through all 48 continental states (and a handful of Canadian cities) wherein I'm cooking for strangers in their own home using ingredients from their own pantries. I'll learn about them and their city and in return teach them how to make new things from ingredients they already love. Dinner gets photographed and the recipes I invent included in the cookbooks.
If you've got dietary restrictions I can absolutely teach you new and easy things to cook. So far on this trip I've made everything from a vegan peach and miso rissoto to a month of meal prep lunches for a bodybuilder on a strict macro diet, to kosher seder dinner, and so much more!
