A good roadtrip is full of surprises. Back in Austin I’m known for specializing in dietary restrictions. I’m the person you can count on to bring a vegan, gluten-free, paleo dish to a party so there’s something everyone can eat.

Imagine my surprise at Roadtrip Chris-Rachael becoming the chef who will cook any animal!

It started with finding a roadkill squirrel in a Pittsburg freezer. Dude totally thought he could freak me out. Nope. From there, well, since my hosts heard the saga of the freezer squirrel, I’ve cooked 14 different animals in as many months!
